I think Cyrmble's first chapter was very informative, because I learned a lot about digital history which I didn't think was that important. in his chapter he stresses the importance of different historians and scholars that utilized digital history. he talks about how digital history is utilized as well, saying this "using the history of the field as its evidence, this chapter argues that the "digital history researchers" who emerged in the early new millennium may have been drawn to the Busa narrative, but they themselves were a unique product of their place and time" talking about how recently digital history has emerged.
